Exchange and Return Policy
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with your exchange or return.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges or returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at sales@BASE360.ca or complete our online request form: BASE360 Exchanges / Returns to initiate the exchange or return process.
Exchanges / Return Shipping Fees
- Exchanges: free of any charges. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you.
- Returns: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Time
- For exchanges, the new item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the returned item.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exceptions
- Final sale items, clearance items, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect upon receipt.
Refunds
- Refunds will include the original purchase price minus any shipping fees. We do not refund original shipping costs.
